Thank you everyone for leaving me your comments!  This has been a lot of fun.  I have gotten a lot of ideas for future posts.  Most of you said that you like to see tutorials for things to make, and there are a lot of new sewers out there, which I am so glad to see.  You also indicated that easy and quick projects that you can make for yourself and for gifts are appreciated.  So expect to see more of those things here.

I used raw edge applique, and embroidered French Knots in each of the centers of the sunflowers.

Weekend Sewing

Hi! I really didn’t get a lot of sewing done this weekend, too busy enjoying the blog party!

Here is a picture of the inside.  I was going to do a tutorial for this, but I am not completely happy with it.  So I will be making another this week, and will hopefully have the tutorial up before the end of the week!
